Next week, the Ferovinum team will be heading to BCB Berlin, one of the world’s most influential spirits industry trade shows. Alongside client Tidal Rum, Ferovinum will be co-hosting a takeover at Sly Berlin with guest mixologist Tim Ydén from Pharmarium Bar Sweden. The collaboration is a major step onto the global stage for both Tidal Rum and Ferovinum.
For Tidal Rum, this moment represents more than just a presence at one of the industry’s biggest shows. It’s a milestone in their international journey — a statement that the brand is now firmly positioning itself within the European and global spirits market.
“It’s a real statement to say, we’re here — in Europe and globally,” says Harry Coulthard, CEO and Founder of The Tidal Rum . “Following strong initial success in France and Germany, BCB is the largest thing we’ve done in terms of international reach. It’s about building on that momentum and meeting the right partners to take the brand to the next level.”
With meetings lined up with distributors from Australia, the U.S., and across Europe, BCB Berlin offers a platform for Tidal Rum to connect with key buyers and showcase their products to a world-class audience. Beyond the exhibition floor, Tidal Rum will also be making waves on the social scene — co-hosting a party on Tuesday evening alongside Ferovinum.
“Being in Berlin, bringing another European bar we’re working with, and serving cocktails across our full range, amongst the industry’s leading names — it’s quite a moment in itself,” Lucy Parpoil, Commercial Director, adds.
For Ferovinum, the partnership with Tidal Rum at a global trade show is just another example of innovative ways the company looks to further support its clients where it makes sense.
“This kind of hands-on, strategic support is part of our ethos at Ferovinum,” says Mitch Fowler, co-founder of Ferovinum. “When it’s the right fit, we want to go beyond financing and logistics — to actively champion our clients at pivotal moments. It’s all part of building the virtuous ecosystem we believe is essential for a healthy, collaborative, and resilient drinks industry.”
The Ferovinum platform is designed to help ambitious brands scale faster, with funding and logistical solutions that give them the leverage they need to grow globally.
“That backing has been fantastic,” says Parpoil. “In today’s market, where there’s uncertainty in the trade, it helps give distributors more confidence. Ferovinum helps to power that momentum.”
With a new distributor launching soon in France and exciting developments on the horizon, Tidal Rum’s journey is gathering pace. Similarly, Ferovinum’s return to BCB Berlin and hosting an additional event demonstrates its continued commitment to help drive sustained growth for drinks companies of all sizes. BCB Berlin marks an exciting next chapter for both companies.
